All DR's need to be aware that a new rule is in effect that any subsurface discharge system 3000 Gpd now has to be approvesd by ADEQ. This is a change from the old rule of 5000 GPD. When and why the change I do not know. Wish we had officials that felt we deserved to be notified of changes. It would also be nice to be have a voice in this type of changes, More indication that we need to build this association and demand a voice.
