We welcome your thoughts and ideas to help get this association up and growing. One such idea came in an email today

"In order to have a “voice” large membership is key. I would join if a lifetime membership was offered for a reasonable fee. This would increase membership quickly and establish a permanent group large enough to carry some weight when acting together."

This idea is one that needs to be reviewed and considered, I would hope we could set-up a membership committee to look into different ideas and review fees, etc. We had to start somewhere, but we need more input to make sure that we set reasonable membership fees that also establish a good financial base for the association. So come to the meeting sign up, volunteer and help make this association truly represent the members.

We need to come up with a list of email addresses so the group can be contacted easier.
I think that this should be on a regional base so the people would know who was contacting then.

I hope the meeting goes well. Many years ago the idea of an orginazation was tried and failed due to a lack of interest. With the way that changes happen in the current time period it is hard to keep up with what is going. To often the changes is made an no one has had a chance to say anything. This organization should be a sounding board to get the information on changes out to the people doing the work.

We have good state people to work with in this area but some times I get the feeling that they are not aware when changes are made in the way that thing are done. Having been a state employee I am aware of how hard it can be to have communication within the state departments let alone trying to communicate to a large number of individuals.

Lets try to all help to make this organization work this time because this orginazations is something that we need.
